The Allen Bowden Board of Education meets every month on the 2nd Monday. The public is welcome to attend each meeting. On some occasions, it is necessary to schedule a special meeting, such as for discussions on special projects like bonds, or when there is not a quorum for the regularly scheduled meeting.
